Cancellation Policy
I’m committed to providing you with the highest quality care, and maintaining clear policies helps ensure that I can dedicate the necessary time and energy to all of my clients. Please take a moment to review the following policy regarding all holistic wellness services: Cancellation Policy: I require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations. Appointments canceled within this 24-hour window will incur a 100% charge for the service fee, with very few exceptions made. While I understand that life can be unpredictable, maintaining this policy is essential to operating an appointment-only business effectively. No-Show and Repeated Late Cancellation Policy: If a client late cancels or is a no-show for their scheduled appointment more than three times, the client-provider relationship may be terminated. I will provide referrals to other providers to ensure you can continue receiving support that aligns with your needs. I appreciate your understanding and respect for these boundaries, as they allow me to serve you and others effectively.
