I see you. I hear you. I stand with you - unwavering, undying, and unapologetically devoted to your right to safe, affirming, and understanding mental health care. In a world that continues to try to erase us, weaponize our existence, and dictate who we’re allowed to be, I need you to know this: You are real. You are valid. You are necessary.

The current administration may try to strip away our rights, but they cannot erase our history, our resilience, or our truth. We have existed long before this country, and we will exist long after its harmful systems crumble. We are woven into the fabric of time itself - our love, our identities, and our voices are not up for debate.

As an intern therapist, an advocate, and a fellow member of this community, I will always fight for you. I will always create spaces where you are safe to be your full, authentic self. And I will never stop believing in the beauty, the power, and the necessity of who you are.

Please take a moment to listen to The Village by Wrabel (linked below). It’s a song that carries the weight of what so many of us feel - but also reminds us that we are never alone. You are not alone. You never have been, and you never will be.

With you, always.

- Ashley
